Privacy Policy
Aura is currently in development. This page reflects the app’s intended privacy approach and will be updated before public release if the product’s data practices change.
Our approach
Aura is being designed to keep its core visual analysis on your device whenever practical. RAHHK does not intend to use your photos or facial imagery for advertising, data brokerage, or building advertising profiles.
Photos and camera access
Aura may ask for permission to use your camera or access photos you choose from your photo library. These permissions are used to create an Aura reading from an image you select or capture.
The current design is for the core image and face analysis used to generate a reading to occur on the device. RAHHK does not intend to receive or store the source photo as part of that core analysis.
Face analysis
Aura may detect visual features such as the presence and location of a face, facial expression, color, brightness, and other perceptual qualities in order to produce the experience. This analysis is intended to describe the visual character of a moment, not to identify a person or determine sensitive personal attributes.
Saved results
If Aura allows readings, images, or reflections to be saved, the final release version of this policy will explain where that information is stored, whether it is synchronized between devices, and how it can be deleted.
Analytics and diagnostics
Aura may use limited diagnostics or analytics to understand crashes, reliability, and basic product usage. Any services included in the release version of Aura will be reflected in this policy and in the app’s App Store privacy disclosures.
Purchases
If Aura offers purchases through the App Store, Apple processes those transactions. RAHHK does not receive your full payment-card information from Apple.
Support communications
If you contact RAHHK for support, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, screenshots, or diagnostic details. That information is used to respond to your request and may be retained when reasonably necessary for support, security, business, or legal purposes.
Children
The release version of Aura will include any age-related disclosures or controls required by the app’s intended audience, features, and applicable law.
Changes to this policy
This policy may change as Aura develops. The “Last updated” date above will be revised when material changes are made.
